Private Yoga Instructions
Sessions are tailored to improve your practice and knowledge of the yoga system. All sessions will include work on alignment, breathing, bandhas, and general yoga information.I have over 16 years experience in yoga staying in India for over two years on six differant journeys to learn this method and it's benifits physically and spiritualy.Private yoga sessions will improve your practice and take you to the next step in your spiritual journey.Yoga privates are $60.00for a one hour session. |

Troy has had over 1,000 hours of massage training and works in a variety of styles from Swedish to deep therapeutic massage. Troy has had four years of experience working in chiropractic offices in Carlsbad, CA and Encinitas, CA and now works privately for a more tailor made massage to accommodate his progressive and therapeutic style.Sessions are $60.00 for one hour.
